Thanks for your response fax dated December 1, 1994.
Circumstances for changing the date of the scheduled visit
As I mentioned in my last letter, January is usually a busy month at my institute
since we are preparing for the busy Chinese New Year holiday.
Propose alternative date Therefore, I would like to reschedule for March if
possible. I suggest March 11 as your arrival date. I also suggest that we extend
the visit through March 24. Any recommendations regarding this adjustment would
be most welcome.
Further information required I also need your
curriculum vitae, with contents including: NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, PLACE OF BIRTH,
NATIONALITY, MARITAL STATUS, ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE,
SCIENTIFIC ACHIEVEMENTS, CURRENT SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES, OTHER SCIENCE-RELATED
ACTIVITIES, AND SELECTED PUBLICATIONS. Please send me this information via
facsimile as soon as possible.
