I would like to make a hotel reservation for three single rooms from March 19 to March 22 (four nights), and another single room from March 21 to March 22 (two nights). My colleagues and I will arrive at 8 p.m. on March 19, and will be registered under the names of Mr. Chang, Mrs. Wu, Mr. Lin (March 19 to March 22), and Ms. Chu (March 21 to March 22).

I plan to arrive in San Francisco on February 27 (Sunday) at 9:15 A.M. on Flight No. UA844 (I will let you know as soon as possible if there is any change). Would you please reserve hotel accomodations (within walking distance of ABC, about $US 100 per night) for me? Also, please arrange for a taxi to pick me up at the airport. I plan to stay at ABC from 2/29 to 3/4 and from 3/8 to 3/11. I will be visiting New York on 3/7. I really appreciate all of your help.

We would appreciate your assistance in arranging for hotel or apartment accommodations for a single room and a double at an economy rate of about DM$ 70 per day during our stay at ABC. Aside from this, would you please make transportation arrangements for us?
