I am a researcher at the Waste Exchange Information Center(WEIC) at Union
Chemical Laboratories, of the Industrial Technology Research Institute, Taiwan,
R.O.C. We have received your publication 'Industrial Material Exchange Service'
on a regular basis for some time.
Organizational background WEIC is a non- governmental, non-profit
organization. Our primary goal is to assist industries recycle
and reuse waste before disposal. Enclosed please find a document
that may give further insight into WEIC. Proposed information
exchange relationship between your two organizations Since our
goals closely resemble those of your organization, we would like
to develop a partner relationship with Industrial Material Exchange
Service, and in this way facilitate information exchange and other
